Policy for Straps & Accessories
1. Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
- We offer exchange only for straps and accessories. No returns.
- If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery, we will arrange a replacement including shipping or refund depending upon the availability of product.
2. Exchange Eligibility
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The replacement product must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
- Metal bracelet are not eligible for return if the bracelet has been resized by removing links
- Exchanges will be processed only after we receive and inspect the original product.
- Once approved, the replacement item will be dispatched.
- A ₹200 exchange fee is applicable on all exchanges (includes pickup cost and new order shipping cost)
- This fee must be paid before the dispatch of new strap.
Policy for Watches
- Watches are not eligible for exchange and returns,.
- If your product is delivered in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect, we will arrange repair or replacement, subject to availability. If a replacement cannot be provided, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation
- Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We will initiate the refund once your cancellation request is confirmed. Please note that a cancellation fee of 3.5% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
The refund is typically credited to your account within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Failed Delivery & Re-shipping Policy
- If a customer fails to receive their parcel after a maximum of 3 delivery attempts, the shipment will be automatically returned to Shaw Watches.
- In such cases, any additional shipping or handling charges incurred for re-dispatching the parcel will be the responsibility of the customer. The parcel will only be re-shipped once the additional charges have been paid.
Protect Your Purchase: Record Your Unboxing
To help us resolve any shipping-related issues quickly, we kindly request that you record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. Please also take clear photos of the product and the outer package, ensuring the AWB number is clearly visible. These photos and the unboxing video allow us to investigate and escalate any issues with our delivery partner, helping us provide a faster and smoother resolution.
