Domestic Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹599.
Delivery Timeline
- Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
Partial COD Orders
- Delivery may take slightly longer if the delivery PIN code is temporarily unserviceable.
- If the customer has paid the balance amount online before delivery, they must contact us to have the payment mode updated from COD to Prepaid. Until the payment mode is updated, our delivery partner will not hand over the parcel to the consignee. Failure to do so can result in the parcel being booked for RTO..
Failed Delivery & Re-shipping Policy
- If a customer fails to receive their parcel after a maximum of 3 delivery attempts, the shipment will be automatically returned to Agash Ventures.
- In such cases, any additional shipping or handling charges incurred for re-dispatching the parcel will be the responsibility of the customer. The parcel will only be re-shipped once the additional charges have been paid.
Delayed Deliveries
- We ship through trusted third-party courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, and others.
- Once your order has been handed over to the courier, their operations are beyond our control and we are not responsible for any delay in delivery operations.
- In case of a delay, you may contact the courier directly using your AWB/Tracking Number.
- Our team will also assist you in every possible way to help resolve the issue.

2. Orders from Other Countries
If your country is not listed above, we may still be able to ship your order.
Please contact our team via email or WhatsApp for a personalised international shipping quotation. Shipping availability and charges will be confirmed based on your destination and order details.
3. Duties & Taxes — DDP Shipping
For the countries/regions listed above except UAE and Singapore, the international shipping charges displayed at checkout are DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).
This means applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the shipping charges shown at checkout, so you should not be required to make a separate payment for these charges upon delivery, subject to local customs regulations.
- Charges to UAE will 2500 INR, Custom Duties and Vat needs to be paid extra by customer to the UAE customs and tax department
- Charges to Singapore are 1500 INR, Custom Duties and taxes needs to be paid extra by customer to the Singapore customs and tax department
4. International Transit Time
The usual transit time for international orders is approximately 10-15 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that transit times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Protect Your Purchase: Record Your Unboxing
To help us resolve any shipping-related issues quickly, we kindly request that you record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. Please also take clear photos of the product and the outer package, ensuring the AWB number is clearly visible. These photos and the unboxing video allow us to investigate and escalate any issues with our delivery partner, helping us provide a faster and smoother resolution.
